Streetstyle is a show that aims to explain breakdancing and its origins in an entertaining way, and won the Audience Prize at the Street Performers’ Festival held in Ascona (TI) in 2005. Acrobatic and dance interludes are interspersed with a verbal history of the art form. This combination creates a performance that is both interesting and informative. The Streetstyle show provides spectators with an in-depth insight into breakdancing and also hip-hop culture in general, and is best suited for street performances or smaller occasions. Following this show, one of either “Fireworks” or “Monsters’ Nightmare” is then also normally performed. “Streetstyle” is ideally combined with a workshop at the end.
